30-Day Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. During this period, you have full access to all features with no credit card required. If Batch isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe - no questions asked.

Subscription Refunds

If you're not satisfied with Batch after subscribing, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid subscription. Simply contact us at hello@batchstaff.com and we'll process your refund promptly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You won't be charged again after cancellation
• You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, then deleted

How to Request a Refund
