Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Batch, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for our subscription-based staff scheduling platform.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial period:

  • No payment information is required to start
  • You have full access to all features
  • You can cancel at any time without any charge
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to the Service during this time
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be deleted

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Available

We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant service disruption or technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or charged after properly cancelling your subscription
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same billing period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@batchstaff.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant details or documentation

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Limitations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the free trial period
  • Failure to cancel before the end of a billing period
  • Unused time on a subscription that was cancelled mid-cycle
  • Charges that are more than 60 days old
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase prices:

  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase
  • The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You have the right to cancel before the new price takes effect

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
